The fenced-in back yard features a patio with garden furniture, a hammock and outdoor shower. It is landscaped with a gardener's touch. The cottage is decorated with the owners' paintings and an eye to beach charm. The owners make yearly updates, and it is freshly painted, has a Central A/C and heat pump on each floor, cable, wireless internet access, beach bikes and more....
