Gallo Realty Launches New Luxury Home Marketing Program

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty, one of the leading real estate brokerages in Sussex County, has announced a new marketing program geared towards the luxury home market.  The program is called The Luxury Collection, and it offers home-sellers of luxury properties a complete marketing program specifically designed to attract buyers in this market segment.

“One of the reasons we elected to affiliate with Berkshire Hathaway was the opportunity to market their brand in the luxury real estate arena,” stated Andrew Ratner, Vice President of Gallo Realty.  “We have put together a superlative marketing plan that will have a national, and even a global reach.  Buyers of luxury properties in our market often come from other areas, so we have designed our program to offer maximum exposure to these buyers.  Properties are advertised in high-end magazines such as Unique Homes and Prestige, as well as locally in Delaware Beach Life.  Other marketing strategies include professional photo shoots, aerial photography, home staging, glossy brochures and specialty signage, to name a few,” added Ratner.

“With the real estate market making a strong comeback here, we felt this was the perfect time to launch the program.  Through July of 2014, there have been 78 listings priced over $1 Million that have gone under contract this year, compared to 55 last year, a 42% increase.  We are confident that our marketing program out-rivals any that our competitors offer,” he added.

“Additionally, the program defines very strict guidelines for a property to qualify for the Luxury Collection.  The property’s value must represent the top 10% of the market, and must have the quality, both inside and out, that luxury buyers expect,” stated Ratner.  “We now know that, along with our standard marketing program, we have the best resources and expertise to sell any home in the area, regardless of price.”
