A graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, Tricia has spent most of her life in her beautiful hometown of Lewes, leaving only for several years as a young person. With a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Delaware, Tricia worked in New York City in the buying offices for both Bloomingdale’s and The May Company for several years after graduating. Upon relocating back to her hometown, Tricia and husband Andrew (now BHHS PenFed Realty Broker/President,) obtained their Delaware Real Estate Licenses and joined the family business. .
Since then, Tricia has been very active in the community. She has been a governor-appointed member of the Delaware State Tourism Board and a volunteer and a longtime board member for both the Rehoboth Beach Film Society and The Jefferson School. She is a current board member of the Epworth Skate Project and also volunteers and coordinates charitable activities for BHHS PenFed Realty, as well as performing as Director of the PenFed Gives Foundation, the firm’s charitable arm.
Tricia and Andrew have two children with whom they enjoy traveling, cooking, and beach time. She spends her free time cycling, dining out with friends, volunteering, attending the cinema and live music shows.
