Debbie Fannan’s cheerful face greets summer and year-round tenants as well as property owners at the Lewes Rental Department’s front desk. Born and raised in New Jersey, Debbie has been fortunate to have traveled extensively throughout South America and the Caribbean islands, in addition to residing in Uruguay for four years. Being completely bilingual in English and Spanish is certainly a boon to Debbie’s personal and professional life.
Prior to moving to our resort area in 2016 and joining BHHS PenFed Realty as a Rental Support Specialist, Debbie was a legal secretary for a prominent law firm in New Jersey for 20 years. As a big fan of “Lower Slower Delaware,” she is delighted to be assisting tenants with their new resort rental homes and making sure that vacation guests have a seamless week at the beach.
Debbie and her husband find their greatest joy in the precious time spent with their six children and 10 grandchildren. When not working, you can often find her researching a new travel destination, reading and attending book club meetings, or competing with one of her local “trivia teams” in our resort region.
